The pearl like necklace across his face is the umbilical cord, he sucked on it at one point!
He is even positioned like Jacob was, breech with his feet touching his forehead...
This is a good shot of his furrowed little brow. He was not happy with all of the poking and proding going on.

We also got a yawn, but we didn't capture it on film=(
All of the black 'holes' are just artifact from the ultrasound machine, not holes in his head!!!!
